In the Bible, however, He has shared enough truths about Himself to draw us into faith and worship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage you to commit five minutes daily over a 30-day period to prayer over these scripture-based names and attributes of God and worship Him in new ways. This is a name of the ultimate independent, self-complete being. Jesus also used many \u201cI AM\u201d statements to reveal himself as God, like \u201cI am the bread of life\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/JHN.6.35\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">John 6:35<\/a> (NIV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/EXO.3.13-15\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Exodus 3:13-15<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/JHN.10.7-11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">John 10:7-11<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/JHN.14.6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">14:6<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>You are the Great I AM, the only one who is perfectly self-sufficient. Thank You that I can find all that I need in You.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-infinite\"><strong>2. Infinite<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can\u2019t measure God\u2014He can\u2019t be defined by size or amount. He has no beginning, no end, and no limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/JOB.11.7-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Job 11:7-9<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.136\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Psalm 136<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/ROM.11.33\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Romans 11:33<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>Lord, I\u2019m in awe of your infinite nature. Help me better understand your measureless wisdom, grace, and love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-omnipotent\"><strong>3. <\/strong><b>Omnipotent <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God is all-powerful. He spoke all things into being, and all things\u2014every microorganism, every breath you take\u2014is sustained by Him. All that He has been and is, He will ever be. Holy <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God\u2019s holiness is not simply our best image of perfection. God is utterly and supremely untainted. His holiness stands apart\u2014unique and incomprehensible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/ISA.6.1-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Isaiah 6:1-3<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/1PE.1.13-16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1 Peter 1:13-16<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/REV.4.8-11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Revelation 4:8-11<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>Lord, Your holiness is beyond my comprehension and yet, I marvel at Your awesome perfection and purity. Show me how You\u2019re transforming me to be holy like You are holy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-omniscient\"><strong>6<\/strong><b>. Omniscient <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This means God is all-knowing. God\u2019s knowledge encompasses every possible piece of information regarding anything that currently exists, existed in the past, or will exist in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.103.14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Psalm 103:14<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.139.1-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">139:1-6<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/1JN.3.20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1 John 3:20<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>You are the all-knowing God, which means nothing takes You by surprise. Lord, thank You for knowing the best way for my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-omnipresent\"><strong>7. <\/strong><b>Omnipresent <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God is everywhere\u2014in and around everything, close to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.139.7-12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Psalm 139:7-12<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/JER.23.23-24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jeremiah 23:23-24<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/MAT.28.20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Matthew 28:20<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>You are the God who is everywhere. Even when my way seems dark, Your presence is there and with me. Thank You for promising to never leave me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-teal-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-18a23b2e421862ccbf1af7aac3f16f2e\" id=\"h-section-2-creator-god\">Section 2: Creator God<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-mighty-creator\"><strong>8. <\/strong><b>Mighty Creator <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God created it all\u2014separating light from the darkness; land from water; day from night. He is transcendent, mighty, and strong. He displays His supreme power, sovereignty, and faithfulness in His covenant relationship with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/GEN.1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Genesis 1,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/GEN.2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/ISA.40.28\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Isaiah 40:28<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/JHN.1.1-5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">John 1:1-5<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>Mighty Creator, it amazes me how You, who created the sun, moon, and stars, desire a relationship with me. Thank You! Help me to notice Your beauty around me<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-love\"><strong>9. <\/strong><b>Love <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God\u2019s love is so great that He gave His only Son to bring us into fellowship with Him. God\u2019s love not only encompasses the world, but embraces you personally and intimately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.13.5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Psalm 13:5<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/JHN.3.16-17\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">John 3:16-17<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/1JN.4.7-10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1 John 4:7-10<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>Lord, Your love is limitless and sacrificial. Help me to trust Your unfailing love, especially when I\u2019m tempted to base it on my performance. Teach me how to love others as You have first loved me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-10-lord-who-provides\"><strong>10. <\/strong><b>Lord Who Provides <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Just as He provided yesterday, He will also provide today and tomorrow. He grants deliverance from sin, the oil of joy for the ashes of sorrow, and eternal citizenship in His Kingdom for all those adopted into His household.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/GEN.22.9-14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Genesis 22:9-14<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/MAT.6.28-30\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Matthew 6:28-30<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PHP.4.19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Philippians 4:19<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>Lord Who Provides, You are a God of both miraculous and daily provision. I hand You my worry as I wonder how my needs will be met. Remind me of how You provided in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-11-good\"><strong>11. <\/strong><b>Good <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God is the embodiment of perfect goodness. He is kind, caring, and full of favor toward all of creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/1CH.16.34\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1 Chronicles 16:34<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.34.8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Psalm 34:8<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/JAS.1.17\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">James 1:17<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>God who is perfect goodness, thank You for being One whose goodness encompasses Your every move. Lord, help me to notice Your goodness in my life and to offer Your goodness to those around me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-12-god-almighty\"><strong>12. <\/strong><b>God Almighty<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God is all-sufficient, all-bountiful, the source of all blessings, and with whom all things are possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/GEN.17.1-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Genesis 17:1-2<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.8.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Psalm 8<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/MAT.19.26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Matthew 19:26<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>God Almighty, I worship You. You are One who is all-sufficient and the source of every blessing I have. Thank You that even when things seem impossible to me, You are a God of endless possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-13-light-of-the-world\"><strong>13. <\/strong><b>Light of the World <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Old Testament, God went ahead of His people as a pillar of fire to provide light in the darkness (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/EXO.13.21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Exodus 13:21<\/a>). In the New Testament, Jesus called himself the Light of the World. It\u2019s through Jesus that you are a light to the world around you, pointing people to Him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.27.1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Psalm 27:1<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/JHN.8.12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">John 8:12<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/1JN.1.6-7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1 John 1:6<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>Light of the World, thank You that there is no darkness in You. Help me to walk in Your light\u2014in honesty with You, others, and even myself. Please light the way before me and teach me how to be a light to those in my circle of influence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-14-the-first-and-the-last\"><strong>14. The First and The Last<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus reveals himself as the Alpha and the Omega, which are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet. It\u2019s His way of saying He had the first word at the creation of the world (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/Gen.1.1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Genesis 1:1<\/a>) and that He will have the last word when He renews the world. Every moment in between, Jesus is at work in our lives and in our world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/ISA.48.12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Isaiah 48:12<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PHP.1.6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Philippians 1:6<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/REV.22.13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Revelation 22:13<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>Jesus, thank You for being The First and The Last word, not only in this world, but in my life. This comforts me when it seems like the enemy will have the last word. Thanks for Your continuous work from beginning to end and Your promise to complete the good work You began in me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-teal-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-5a733acab5d66fd8ad9aa1eabb6a829d\" id=\"redeemer\">Section 3: Redeemer King<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-15-the-lord-is-my-banner\"><strong>15. The Lord is My Banner<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This name of God paints the picture of a banner alongside an army going to battle. The banner reminded them who they belonged to and were fighting for. This name describes God as one who is powerful enough to overcome any enemy. Under His banner you go from triumph to triumph (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/1CO.15.57\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1 Corinthians 15:57<\/a>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/compare\/EXO.17.8-16\">Exodus 17:8-16<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.60.4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Psalm 60:4<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/1CO.15.52-57\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1 Corinthians 15:52-57<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>Lord, my Banner, You see every enemy before me. You know how to guide me through the battle. Thank You for ultimate victory through Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-16-the-lord-is-just\"><strong>16. The Lord is Just<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God is righteous and holy, fair and equitable in all things. You can trust Him to always do what is right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/DEU.32.4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Deuteronomy 32:4<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/PSA.75.1-7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Psalm 75:1-7<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bible.com\/bible\/111\/ROM.3.25-26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Romans 3:25-26<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayer: <\/strong>Lord, You are just and You see the need in our world for justice. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Thank You for Jesus who paid the price for my life, for You remain both just and merciful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-17-god-who-sanctifies\"><strong>17. <\/strong><b>God Who Sanctifies <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A God separate from all that is evil requires that the people who follow Him be cleansed from all evil.
